两个选项。

1.）为Windows安装预build的Appium（不需要安装）（ https://bitbucket.org/appium/appium.app/downloads/AppiumForWindows.zip ）

2.）运行reset.bat而不是grunt命令。 我已经更新了你提到的文档。
