npm无法安装fabric-ca-client

看来NodeJs软件包fabric-ca-client版本1.0.0不能全局安装，因为在依赖包x509 https://github.com/Southern/node-x509/issues/49中有一个已知的isue，但它可以使用有效的package.json在本地安装在NodeJs源文件夹中。
