在Openshift上使用node-gyp构build模块

当试图构build模块，需要node-gyp像在Openshift node-canvas我得到这个错误：

我的理解是node-gyp正在导入找不到的gyp python模块。 几个星期前，我通过将PYTHONPATH envvariables设置为node_modules目录中的gyp python模块（/var/lib/…/repo/node_modules/node-gyp/gyp/pylib）来解决此问题。 这样构build成功完成，我可以使用节点canvas模块。 现在我怀疑在Openshift中发生了什么变化，这种技术已经不再适用了。 即使设置了PYTHONPATH，但在安装模块时仍然无法findgyp模块。 任何想法，即使PYTHONPATH设置为包括模块的位置，为什么gyp模块不能被find？ 也许它被忽略了？ gyp文件包含：

看不到PYTHONPATH没有被使用的原因（并且不能检查gyp文件中的PYTHONPATH值，因为它需要root权限，我认为我没有在Openshift上）。 也许npm是以某种方式重置env？

我通过直接调用node-gyp而不是通过npm install来解决： 

 node-gyp configure node-gyp build node-gyp install
