在NPM中包含依赖于package.json

我是新来的node.js我已经手动添加库到node_modules，而不使用命令行NPM安装…现在，我结束了很多没有包含在package.json中的库。 有无论如何自动添加从我的node_modules依赖我的package.json文件？
