npm错误ELIFECYCLE ctrl + c

我已经用heroku开始了一个新的socket.io项目。 服务器在Windows上本地运行良好。 我开始与npm开始，但是当我用ctrl + cclosures它我在控制台中得到这个错误：

我已经find了一个解决scheme，但是我找不到的解决scheme却很less。 我已经尝试更新npm和节点，再次运行npm install，清除npmcaching，可能还有其他一些我不记得的操作。
