node-wafconfiguration干净的生成错误

我试图在我的Windows机器上安装node_pcap ，但运行npm install pcap后，我仍然收到以下错误

 node-waf configure clean build node-waf is not recognized as an internal or external command. 

node和npm都是最新的。 有谁知道如何解决这个问题？
